President of Tajikistan congratulates Ilham Aliyev

The President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on the occasion of May 28 – Independence Day, Report informs via AZERTAC.
