President of Cuba sends congratulatory letter to Ilham Aliyev

Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, President of the Republic of Cuba, addressed a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
Report informs, citing AZERTAC, that the text says:
"Mr. President,
"On the occasion of celebrating the National Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I extend warmest congratulations to you and to the Azerbaijani people.
"This is an auspicious occasion to reiterate the willingness to continue working for the strengthening of the relations of friendship and cooperation between our countries.
"Please accept the assurances of my highest consideration and esteem."
