President of Azerbaijan appoints new ambassador to Russia

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree appointing Rahman Sahib oglu Mustafayev as the country's new Ambassador to Russia.
According to Report, by another decree, signed by the head of state, Mustafayev has been recalled from the post of Azerbaijan's Ambassador to the Netherlands.
