President: Memo signed between Azerbaijan and EU serves as roadmap for future energy co-op

Azerbaijan and the European Union signed the "Memorandum of Understanding on Strategic Partnership in the field of energy between the European Union, represented by the European Commission, and the Republic of Azerbaijan", President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said during his speech on "The role of Azerbaijan for energy security" at the 48th international Cernobbio Forum held in Italy, Report informs.
"This memorandum serves as a roadmap for future cooperation in the field of energy," the head of state said.
