President Ilham Aliyev offers condolences to Turkish counterpart

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of condolences to President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, AzerTag reports.
"The news about the martyred Turkish soldiers deeply saddened me," the head of state said in his message.
"The people of Azerbaijan join me as I extend my deepest condolences to you, the families, and the loved ones of those who were killed, and the brotherly people of Turkey," President Ilham Aliyev said.
