President Ilham Aliyev arrives in Russia

On October 7, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived on a visit to Russia to participate in the meeting of the Council of Heads of CIS Member States.
According to Report, Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin and other officials welcomed the Azerbaijani leader at Moscow's Vnukovo-2 International Airport.
