"Although the first meeting under the 3+3 format was introductory, I am sure that the second meeting will be more substantive, first of all, on the issue of opening communications," Report informs that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said this on January 12 in an interview with local TV channels.
"Each country will benefit from this. It is just that Armenia that needs to give up its anti-Azerbaijani, Islamophobic, anti-Turkish qualities. Armenia, of course, can also benefit from this," the president noted.
