An official ceremony of the cancellation of a postage stamp issued by the Russian Federation on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of great leader Heydar Aliyev took place in Moscow, the Russian bureau of Report informs.
The stamp was sealed by Azerbaijan’s Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev and Russian Presidential Aide Igor Levitin.
The postage stamp depicts a portrait of the great leader against the background of Azerbaijan’s national flag.
