Panel titled 'Organization of Turkic States: A Unique Cooperation Model' kicks off in Antalya

A panel titled "Organization of Turkic States: A Unique Cooperation Model" has kicked off at the 4th edition of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, Report informs

The panel includes Binali Yildirim, Chairman of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States, Elchin Amirbayov, Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan, Marat Karabayev, Minister of Transportation of Kazakhstan, Sodiq Safoyev, First Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Supreme Assembly of Uzbekistan, Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, and Asein Isaev, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Special Envoy of the President.

In a panel moderated by Cappadocia University Rector Hasan Ali Karasar, it was noted that the OTS has become the most important cooperation platform for the Turkic World in areas such as trade, energy, finance, connectivity, tourism, education and culture, and that the OTS has a strong political determination to deepen cooperation based on a common identity and regional ownership, transforming from a "cooperation initiative" to a "full-fledged international organization".

The discussions aim to explore the evolving role of the OTS in shaping the geopolitical landscape, to focus on the potential of this unique model of cooperation, and to explore how its initiatives can be effective in solving regional and global problems.
