Overchuk: Active work underway to unblock transport communications in South Caucasus

Active work is carried out to unblock the transport communications in the South Caucasus region, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk said at a conference at the ADA University dedicated to the prospects of the Azerbaijan-Russia economic relations.

He said the European economic union is turning into an individual macroregion with the cooperation in the production and supplies of goods.

Overchuk noted that the economic development of the CIS countries occurs at very different paces depending on the peculiarities of an individual country.
