Organization of Turkic States welcomes start of Azerbaijan-Armenia border delimitation process

The Organization of Turkic States (OTS) welcomes the start of the process of delimiting the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Secretary-General of the OTS Kubanychbek Omuraliev told Report.
“We in the OTS only welcome this. This process should have begun, it only makes us all happy,” Omuraliev noted.
