January 20, 1990, which went down in history as Black January, is not only a Day of Sorrow for the people of Azerbaijan but also a Day of Honor that led the people to independence, the Organization of Turkic States wrote on Twitter, Report informs.
“Together with our Azerbaijani brothers, we commemorate the martyrs of this tragedy,” OTS tweeted.
