Yesterday’s joint statement by Armenia and Azerbaijan is exactly the sort of positive step forward needed on the path to sustainable peace, OSCE Chairman-in-Office Bujar Osmani met separately with the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, Report informs.
“The OSCE stands ready to help as a platform for continued dialogue and as an implementation partner for agreements,” he added.
