OIC to hold donor conference on October 26

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) announced a donor conference, scheduled for October 26 aimed at assisting refugees and displaced persons in the Sahel and Lake Chad regions, according to the statement of OIC’s General Secretariat on August 19 - World Humanitarian Day, Report informs.

The General Secretariat called on all the international partners to join this collective effort to help improve the conditions of millions of victims of humanitarian crises in this troubled region.
