Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Hissein Brahim Taha has sent a letter of condolences to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in connection with the crash of the AZAL passenger airliner near Aktau in Kazakhstan, Report informs referring to the press service of the head of the Azerbaijani state.
