On December 1, a telephone conversation took place between President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the first President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, Report informs, citing the press service of the President of Azerbaijan.
During the telephone conversation, Nursultan Nazarbayev expressed condolences to President Ilham Aliyev in connection with the death of Azerbaijani military officers as a result of a helicopter crash.
