New Kazakh envoy to Azerbaijan appointed

Alim Bayel has been appointed new ambassador of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan, Report informs.
Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed the corresponding decree.
Bayel was the Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Istanbul before being appointed Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan.
