What happened in Azerbaijan showed that the UN was unable to fulfill its mission, said Mustafa Sentop, Speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, who is on a visit to Turkmenistan, Report informs, referring to Anadolu.
According to him, actors and institutions of the international system cannot adapt to today's realities: "What happened in Georgia and Ukraine is an example of this. What happened shows the need for a new international system and structure in the UN."
Sentop said that regional cooperation and international solidarity become more important issues in this case.
