Muhittin Ozdemir: Co-op without legal basis cannot develop

The rector of the Justice Academy of Türkiye, Muhittin Ozdemir, believes that cooperation not based on legal foundation cannot develop, Report informs.

He made the remark at the international conference "Transnational Aspects in Legal Relations: Modern Challenges and Goals."

He informed that after Türkiye, Azerbaijan took over the chairmanship of the Turkic Judicial Training Network, established under the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) and aimed at developing cooperation in the field of law and justice.

"In June of this year, we prepared a program in Baku. This is the second program. Azerbaijan will transfer its chairmanship to Kazakhstan. The purpose of these events is to develop cooperation in the legal sphere within the framework of the OTS," Ozdemir added.
