Moratinos: International community become incredibly fragmented over past 80 years

The international community has become incredibly fragmented over the past 80 years, Miguel Angel Moratinos, the UN Under-Secretary-General and High Representative of the Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC), said at the opening ceremony of the 12th Global Baku Forum.

According to Report, Moratinos noted that the forum is a sign of optimism and hope: “The international community has become fragmented to an unprecedented extent over the past 80 years. The world is facing unprecedented crises.”

He also expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for receiving him.
