Armenia's continuous smear campaign against Azerbaijan does not serve peace, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told a joint press conference with his Romanian counterpart Luminica Odobescu in Bucharest on November 6, Report informs.

Bayramov gave information about the factors leading to the anti-terrorist measures carried out by Azerbaijan within 24 hours, especially the threats arising from the Armenian armed forces that have not been withdrawn from the territories of Azerbaijan, contrary to the obligations, the current regional situation, and Azerbaijan's plans to ensure peace and stability in the region.

He said that despite Azerbaijan's promotion of a continuous peace agenda on the normalization of relations with Armenia, Armenia's consistent smear campaign against Azerbaijan does not serve peace. At the same time, mine threats were also brought to attention.
