After a provocation along the undemarcated state border in mid-September, Armenia launched a smear campaign against Azerbaijan to undermine the normalization agenda, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jeyhun Bayramov, said at the regular ministerial meeting within the Eastern Partnership program on December 12, Report informs.
According to him, the role of certain third parties in the promotion of Armenia's revanchist behaviour is also a cause of serious concern: "Because it encourages Armenia to intensify military provocations and war rhetoric."
