MFA calls on Azerbaijani citizens not to visit Lebanon

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan called on citizens not to visit Lebanon, Report informs.
“Considering the rapidly changing security situation in the region where the Republic of Lebanon is located, citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan are advised not to travel to Lebanon unless strictly necessary. Citizens who live in or are visiting Lebanon are advised to leave as soon as possible,” MFA said in a travel warning.
At the same time, citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who are currently in the Republic of Lebanon are requested to follow the safety and security rules and not to visit areas of mass gatherings, MFA added.
