MFA: ‘Armenian armed units continued to mine the Azerbaijani lands after 44-day war’ 

"Armenian armed units, which remained on the ground after the 44-day war, continued to mine the Azerbaijani lands," Aykhan Hajizada, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), told a joint briefing with the Ministry of Defense, Report informs.

“Illegal Armenian armed units posed a great threat to stability in the region. With 24-hour anti-terror measures, Azerbaijan cleared its lands of illegal armed units. During the occupation period, the Armenians brought many weapons to these lands. Even the lands were used for the transfer of weapons. Azerbaijan has repeatedly made calls to the international community in this regard. We have never seen a reaction,” Hajizada said.
