A meeting of the foreign ministers of the Caspian states began in Moscow in the mansion of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
Report's Russian bureau informs that Azerbaijan is represented at the meeting by Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
The event, chaired by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, will also be attended by representatives of Iran, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
The parties plan to discuss regional issues of mutual interest with an emphasis on priorities for the development of Caspian cooperation.
Jeyhun Bayramov left for a working visit to Russia on December 4.
