Thus, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made a statement on the opening of the Zangazur corridor: "Pashinyan said that the Armenian government had begun preparations to construct the Meghri section of the railway between Arazdayan and Horadiz. Pashinyan stated that along with certain problems and threats, the opening of transport routes also offers great opportunities and will benefit Armenia."
Armenia will build 45 km of the road: "$ 200 million will be allocated to the project. The total length of the line will be about 34 kilometers.
"The decision to open the railway was made at a meeting between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Brussels on December 15."
