Media accreditation opens for COP30 conference

The accreditation process has begun for media representatives wishing to attend the 30th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP30), which will be held in the Brazilian city of Belém.

Report informs, citing the Office of the President of Brazil, that journalists and other media professionals can apply to participate through the UN Climate Change Secretariat's Online Registration System (ORS).

COP30 will take place from November 10 to 21, 2025, at the Hangar Convention and Exhibition Center in City Park, Belém.

Accreditation also covers the Leaders' Summit, scheduled for November 6–7 in Brazil. Additional information about the summit is expected to be provided in the coming days by the host country, the Government of Brazil.
