Letter from Jeyhun Bayramov on Armenian provocation circulated as UN document

The letter from Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov on continued illegal military activities of Armenia, including planting mines on the territory of Azerbaijan, was circulated as UNGA and UNSC documents, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry wrote on Twitter, Report informs.
