Khalaf Khalafov: Iran responsible for terrorist attack and its grave consequences

An armed attack on the Azerbaijani embassy in Iran was carried out at around 08:30 am on January 27, Azerbaijan's Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov said, according to Report.
He noted that this incident was unexpected:
"Because such incidents are unlikely, generally unacceptable. According to the relevant articles of the Vienna Convention, the country that received the embassy is responsible for its security. Iran, as a state, is responsible for the terrorist attack and its grave consequences."
