The Foreign Affairs Ministry of Kazakhstan congratulated Azerbaijan on May 28 - Independence Day, Report informs.
"We extend our warmest congratulations to our colleagues at the Azerbaijani MFA and best wishes to the people of brotherly Azerbaijan on the occasion of Independence Day," the Kazakh ministry said on X.
