The Central Election Commission of Kazakhstan (CEC) has approved the list of observers who will monitor the extraordinary presidential elections in Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the CEC.
The list includes 19 observers. Among them is also the Chairman of the Kazakhstan CEC, Nurlan Abdirov.
