Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye Hakan Fidan within the framework of his participation in the Open-Ended Extraordinary Meeting of the OIC Executive Committee at the level of Foreign Ministers to discuss the latest developments and mounting escalation in the Israel-Palestine conflict zone, Report informs, citing Azerbaijani MFA.
During the meeting, the agenda of bilateral strategic alliance relations, issues of cooperation within the framework of international organizations, the latest processes in the region, as well as the prospects of the peace agenda between Azerbaijan and Armenia were discussed.
They exchanged views on the issues discussed at the 27th meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Economic Cooperation Organization held in Shusha and the participation of the two countries in multilateral format events by the end of the year.
