“We are ready for the postponed tripartite meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Russia to take place as soon as possible. Now everything depends on the other side,” Azerbaijani Foreign Affairs Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told journalists.
According to the minister, refusing the meeting is a clear example of irresponsible steps: “In recent days, we see the policy of manipulation by Armenia. We urge them to abstain from the wrong position.
Advancing the peace agenda has always been Azerbaijan's initiative. Azerbaijan presented all subsequent principles to the other side,” the minister added.
