"Unfortunately, we do not observe a consistent, logical approach to the establishment of a joint bilateral commission to commence the delimitation process between Azerbaijan and Armenia," Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told a joint presser with his Hungarian counterpart Peter Szijjarto in Baku, Report says.
"Nearly two weeks ago, Armenia sent new proposals through Russia to start the delimitation process. In a sense, preconditions have been set for the start of the process. The start of a commission's work is stipulated by such conditions. After a short while, Azerbaijan has conveyed its position to the other side," he said.
