Japanese emperor congratulates Azerbaijani leader

Emperor Naruhito of Japan sent a congratulatory letter to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day, Report informs citing the press service of the Azerbaijani head of state.

Report informs via AZERTAC that the letter reads:

"On the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I have great pleasure in sending Your Excellency my heartfelt congratulations and sincere good wishes for your happiness and for the prosperity of the people of your country."
