Unblocking transport corridors following the Second Karabakh War will help increase the level of trust between the parties, Professor of Tel Aviv University Steven Klein told Report.
He noted that this will also reduce the risk of a new war.
"Not only cargo transportation through the former Soviet railway network is important here, but also passenger transportation. I think this is also possible," he said.
The expert also stressed that the liberation of territories from occupation opens up new opportunities for the parties, but at the same time the level of trust between them is still low due to the psychological trauma of the war.
