Azerbaijan is an island of stability, President of Israel Isaac Herzog said in a congratulatory letter to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

Report informs that the Israeli leader stressed the historical ties based on close relations between the two countries.

Azerbaijan is an island of stability and has been a warm, hospitable and safe home for the Jewish people for centuries, Herzog said.
