Israeli Finance Minister Avigdor Lieberman will fly to Azerbaijan today, accompanied by a high-ranking delegation from his ministry, Report informs via Ynet.
During the visit, the Israeli delegation plans to discuss three issues:
1. import of large quantities of Azerbaijani oil to Israel (up until now, Russia has been the largest supplier of oil products to Israel, but now Israel has been decided to shift to Azerbaijan);
2. import of urea, which is used for diesel vehicles - trucks and buses.
Urea or carbamide is a special chemical used in all Euro 4 and Euro 5 SCR diesel engines;
3. import of wheat. Until now, Russia and Ukraine accounted for 30% of all wheat imports to Israel.
