The Israeli Embassy in Baku has congratulated Azerbaijan on November 9 - National Flag Day, Report informs.
The Israeli Embassy congratulates the Azerbaijani people on the occasion of National Flag Day, the diplomatic mission wrote on social networks.
According to the decree of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev dated November 17, 2009, November 9 is celebrated annually in Azerbaijan as National Flag Day.
