Tension in the Caucasus should be replaced by peace, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said on X commenting about the meeting with Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan for Special Assignments, Khalaf Khalafov, Report informs.
He said that during the discussions, the necessity of balancing various aspects of bilateral relations between the countries was noted: "Baku and Tehran have agreed on the active development of bilateral relations."
