Iran’s FM says tension between Baku, Tehran over

The phase of tension between Azerbaijan and Iran, which surfaced to the public domain, is over, Report informs, citing TASS that Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said this at a presser following a meeting of Afghanistan's neighbors in Tehran on Wednesday.
“We had contacts with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov. I think we have completed the public phase of tension,” he said.
“I believe that the problems we have will be gradually resolved.”
On October 23, Azerbaijani and Iranian Foreign Ministers Jeyhun Bayramov and Hossein Amir-Abdollahian respectively spoke on the phone and exchanged views on the current state of bilateral relations.
