Ilham Aliyev: Work on agreement with EU is progressing well but slowly 

The work on an agreement with the European Union (EU) is progressing well but slowly, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said at a meeting with the delegation led by Dirk Schuebel, the special envoy of the European Union for the Eastern Partnership, Report informs.
