Common moral values, religious and cultural roots and strong friendship are the main factors determining Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan interstate relations, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said in his congratulatory letter to President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, according to Report.
