Ilham Aliyev invites Vladimir Putin to Baku

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has invited his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to visit Baku as soon as the graphical and epidemiological situation permits.

Report informs that the two leaders spoke after the official part of their talks.
