Ilham Aliyev informs CIS leaders about Armenian provocations

"The post-conflict situation is developing in different ways. Therefore, I would like to inform my colleagues about what has happened in recent times," President Ilham Aliyev said during his speech at the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in Astana on October 14, Report informs.

"In September, armed clashes took place on the Azerbaijan-Armenia border. The reasons for these armed clashes are clear - terrorism against Azerbaijan, primarily mine terrorism and sniper terrorism," the President said.
