Such dynamics of Azerbaijan-Kyrgyzstan relations demonstrate that we are determined to increase the potential of cooperation, the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, said at the meeting of the First Interstate Council of Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan in a limited format held in Bishkek, Report informs.
