Ilham Aliyev: All responsibility lies with Armenian military-political leadership

"All responsibility for the current situation lies with the military-political leadership of Armenia," Report informs that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said this on November 16 during a telephone conversation with President of the European Council Charles Michel.
