Azerbaijan does not force anyone to leave Karabakh, Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration told DW, Report informs.

According to him, leaving Karabakh is a personal decision of the residents.

The presidential aide added that anti-terrorist measures in Karabakh were not aimed at the civilian population and infrastructure.
