Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev has met with Secretary General of the European External Action Service Belen Martinez Carbonell, Report informs.
"Pleased to welcome Azerbaijan's Presidential Advisor Hikmat Hajiyev to the EU EEAS. We discussed the EU-Azerbaijan relationship, EU support for the Armenia-Azerbaijan normalisation process, and regional developments. The EU remains committed to peace and prosperity in the region," she wrote on X.
