Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulates Azerbaijani President

Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, sent a congratulatory letter to the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
